Hi Folks

Has anyone an audit template tht I could use to audit our companies overall SHE system in order to identify gaps and compliance.  I want to put together a improvement plan for a compay I recently joined.  Any help be appreciated.  Eddy

Hi Eddy,

I have one to OHSAS 18001/ ISO 14001:2004 - happy to share although you will need to edit/amend to ensure it covers your risks properly and is fit for the business.

I have a revised ISO14001:2015 and ISO9001:2015 (which includes certification auditors notes on what they are looking for under each element) audit, gap analysis and action plan if thats any use to you.
