Hi Can anyone help my college due to sit peer interview in next few weeks with any type of questions that generally get asked ? Sat mine couple of years ago now and guessing structure might have altered Any help much appreciated Thanks Kate

The questions asked are all around the general principles of health and safety (politicians answer). I can't go in to too much detail as the questions used are not for public circulation for obvious reasons. We now use question sets as opposed to the one set that was used years ago, again to limit the likelihood of members trying to recite pre prepared answers. Think of the fundamentals that most H&S professionals will require and that should cover the bases. You're colleague will be asked about the Code of Conduct and so they need to be aware of, and understand the 4 pillars. Search also for the IOSH Staffordshire Mock PRI video as this will also help with prep.
