Some experience & NEBOSH cert is desirable, but the cert is not a deal breaker. Unrivalled mentoring & training will be available for the right person with a decent package. Must have excellent I T skills as initially 70% will be managing the IMS / ISO systems from an office base. Consequently the candidate needs to be comfortable working at a desk as part of a very small team. No agencies.
