Hi, looking for a little bit of advice and help here if possible? I have my CFIOSH interview next month, so delighted but I also would like to get some thoughts / feedback on the interview process please? Any pointers/advice would be very much appreciated.

Thanks in advance.

Hi Adam

Can't help you with this request as I didn't have to undergo this process, but wish you all the luck you may or may not need.

Regards, Peter

Having gone through the process I’ll remind you that my experience is from a sample size of 1. However, might help. My first thought is the process followed the documentation and guidance I received. The questions were phrased and styled to help me confirm where I met the breadth of criterion. It’s not a grilling or designed to trip you up. I would suggest you really know your portfolio in detail (as your panel will) as well as the code of conduct. My overriding thought was that I probably could have relaxed more, although the panel are very generous in this respect, as I had done a very thorough job of my portfolio and the interview just felt like a discussion to confirm it was an accurate reflection of how I met the criteria. Hope that helps.

Thanks for the reply. Very helpful, a discussion around my portfolio seems to be the way forward. Best regards
