I'm looking at potentially starting a Master in Risk Management, the course is £10k and as I'm employed I'm looking for funding means for the course (in England).  Does anyone know if there are grants available, or if I can pay it via salary over several years (like freshman students can I believe once they earn about £28k)

It may be possible to apply for a student loan.

I used one to pay for my Msc
