Hi.

It is so simple as. First, you join online and pay the joining fee, and become an affiliate member.
After you get an email with all the instructions for being transferred to another level.

The current criteria for eligibility to various grades of membership are set out in a booklet which you can download from join-us-booklet.pdf (iosh.com)

As others have said you can join as an Affiliate and then talk to Membership about upgrading.

Your NEBOSH IGC is a Level 3 qualification on the European Qualifications Framework and counts as the academic qualification towards Tech IOSH under the current rules but you would have to show the necessary health and safety professional experience.

Details of the proposed changes to membership can also be found on the IOSH website.

Good luck, Peter
