An acquaintance of mine completed the NGC in 2021 - she completed the exam with no problem but has now been refered twice in the workplace assessment.

The feedback she is getting from the training provider isn't ever so helpful.

She is a recently degree qualified scientist.

I am confused what she might be missing and she is starting to think the whole thing is a conspiracy because she believes she has followed the NEBOSH guidance to the letter.

Does anyone have any experience of something similar - and what did they do to sort it out?

Have the 2 refers been the same?

Which training company did she use?

The second referal was for something that was stated as meeting the standard in the original marking feedback - as you can imagine she didn't write a completely new report for the second submission, she just amended the report for the issues raised in the first referal. She was told she was allowed to do this.

The company she did the training with is Astutis.
