Anyone know of any Mock Trials in yorkshire this year, would be better if it was on a cable strike

I have been to mock trials before but never heard of one as specific as a cable strike. They did to focus either on general issues such as slips trips and falls or ones where grows into something massive eg a drum of chemical  is being transported on the forks of a FLT. It falls off (was it secured?)  employees are injured and exposed to something nasty while doing the clean-up (no spill kit, no emergency PPE no spillage plan, no training etc.) the chemical has both acute effects and long-term health effects. Then the liquid gets into the sewer and a local water course-it just gets better. Who prosecutes who sues, who gets the blame and what does it mean for that plan for an expanded site  you have submitted?

The big law firms like Eversheds in Leeds do them.
