Good evening IOSH family.

I am looking for direction regarding a suitable luxmeter for a warehouse that is 80000 sq ft.

Budget is not an issue, I just want to be sure that the device is reliable and suitable for both
indoor and outdoor assessments, as we are moving our lighting assessments in house, with
Staff due to undertake training soon.

I suggest hiring one initially and seeing how you get on with it before making a decision to buy.  Or you might even just hire it, as then the calibration is taken care of for you.

This is the company I generally like to hire instruments from (in my case for noise but they also do other kinds including light), and they also sell instruments:
