Do I need to label my vehicles in the UK if I'm transporting lithium batteries more than 300w/hours?

...depends on how many...a single battery for work equipment then advised but not a legal requirement...but best to put in a special bag such as these (no affiliation) : https://uk.eco-worthy.co...BWzGfbjuIHCOcw8xDiu10SZJ the little labels on the back of vans for gas cylinder etc are also only advisory... If you are carying in bulk UN 3480 Class 9 so ADR rules apply and signage and labelling appropriatly in line with CDG

A rather brief description which presumes all that is required is labelling. I would strongly suggest seeking the advice of a Dangerous Goods Safety Advisor about the whole activity. The British Association of Dangerous Goods Professionals holds a register of members who will act on a consultancy basis https://www.badgp.org/badgp-consultants
