Just wrapped up another HSE training session and it reminded me how powerful shared experiences are in shaping a safer culture at work.

We often focus on compliance and procedures, but true safety starts with awareness from the ground up. Whether it’s a toolbox talk, a site induction, or a refresher course, every conversation helps someone go home safe.

How do you keep your teams engaged and proactive about safety beyond the mandatory sessions? Would love to hear what’s working in your organisations. 👷‍♂️⚙️

Just in case you ARE a real human, do you realise that FAR more people suffer serious harm due to occupational HEALTH risks than SAFETY ones?

- so I think that title and content of your thread are indicative of not understanding the picture, except perhaps from the perspective of those who do not care that much about FUTURE harm - perhaps in part as they are less likely to be held to account.
