Hi Does anyone know of case law where fight or flight has been used in favour of a person with disability who has found hidden depths of energy to carry out an emergency situation. Thanks

Chris, I don't know about others but I am a little (a lot) unsure about what you're actually asking? There may be cases where people do find 'hidden depths' but this would only become case law if there was an associated case. Can you elaborate, so we can at least try to help?

The 'fight or flight' Chris refers to is synonymous with psychology. I think essentially Chris is asking where someone may flee from an event/incident, rather they chose to saty and drew on superhuman strength ie lifting a car with their bare hands to free a trapped person. These types of events do get reported in the media from time to time - an obscure question me thinks.

Its an interesting one, and I would look forward to reading any case law if anyone can find any. It may not be likely as most case law tends towards what the 'reasonable man' would do or say, rather than the super-human. What is behind the question?
