Hello, I paid online via VISA for IOSH membership yesterday. The amount was deducted from my account but the last page said "Sorry. You’ve not been able to join us it looks like there was a problem when you were trying to join us just now. Received an email from Worldpay? Please don't try to join online again. Get in touch with anup.patel@iosh.co.uk for help with becoming an IOSH member". Kindly comment what should I do.

You will always get more help speaking to someone rather than emailing and the membership team are very very helpful.

I did call them yesterday but they were not available. Have emailed the details also.

I would keep calling them- sometimes they are really busy- if find calling them in the afternoon seems to mean someone answers the phone
