Crumbs, it's been a while since I sat the course.... I used my work place to base my assesment on as it was an ideal setting. If you have a workplace that you can use, then I would! Look up other peoples work on the internet for examples, no I don't endorse plagerism or any form of cheating, you'l be cheating yourself. Use them as a guide or reference on good and bad practices. Speak with your tutor if you have one? They are well placed, especially if you have received study material that they can talk you through. Pete
