It was a couple of years ago but when I used them they were FRIGHTENINGLY efficient, polite, friendly, a real breath of fresh air compared to some.

Why would you not consider going a limited company cut out the umbrella company, as you earn less.

Additionally there has been some new law [or case law] which makes using such company's even more of a hastle//problem - check out inland revenue law
