Hi there
I've worked in the Construction Industry for over 10yrs as a Doc Control. I've been trying to do a career change and move into Health and Safety. I've recently completed my NVQ L5 in Occupational Health and Safety.
I've updated my cv and was given an opportunity on a project as a Trainee HSE advisor whilst I was completing my NVQ. I have been applying for jobs as a trainee or HSE advisor but not been getting anywhere.
Any ideas I am freelancing at the moment and even struggling to get a permanent job seems impossible. Can anyone help with some ideas or advice.

In my region no body under stand the Grad IOSH or NVQ Level 5 IDP but they appreciate The NEBOSH DIP in order to become OHS Trainer.
