Dear all, my son in law and lives near Plymouth. He is 35 years old, and was unfortunately medically discharged from the Royal Marines a couple of years ago after about 16 years of service. He is still very fit, but not quite up to scratch for deployment. He is keen to carve out a new career in H&S, drawing on some service-related experience that he has had. He will shortly begin a NEBOSH Certificate course as a start to his academic qualification in H&S, but what he really needs at this stage is the opportunity to shadow or support someone already working in the field occasionally in order to get a feel for what it's like at the sharp end!. He would not expect payment, and he is very easy-going and likeable. He could be very helpful even now, and would put his heart and soul into doing his best for his "mentor", whilst getting a taste for life in H&S. Any help that you could give would be very much appreciated. Regards, Chris Hudson. CFIOSH
