What safety coaching qualifications and/or training do HSE trainers undertake? I am looking for guidance for offshore operations. I have undertaken an IOSH safety coaching course which was very useful but I would like some more specific training, if it exists.

I did a PGCE (Adult, Higher & Further Education) about 10 years ago - not sure what it's replacement is - but I've rarely used it for 'straightforward' teaching sessions. It gave me a lot of transferable skills which I tend to use for coaching & developing training materials.

It's great to note, you go for specific training.
