We are looking to recruit a legionella tested / co-ordinator. Does anyone have an idea of a good pay deal to offer that is comparable with the market, in particular the NHS

Do you want this person to do some or all or the sampling?

Do you want them to do some or all of the testing?

Do you want then to do some or all of the reporting?

or, do you just want them to co-ordinate - a completely different skill set?

They do all the sampling and testing, and where necessary send the samples off to be tested again. All results then filed - all weekly

SBH - simple, just do a search on the internet for vacancies for Legionnella tester/co ordinator and then base your vacancy on the market rate. I did this and it comes up at a mean average of between £25 - 30,000 pa.
