We are looking to develop a safety training course for some of the equipment we use that is bespoke to us. Now in an ideal world we would do this ourselves but we dont have the time or the skill to do it properly. We want something professional, not cobbled together from phone footage.

Does any one know of a company that offers this service? This is bespoke kit that we ourselves have built, nothing off the shelf about it.

We currently train "on the job" but I've identified that some classroom training would be best practice first.

Even if you oursource this, if you do want it done properly it is going to take up some of your organisation's time, though perhaps less than if you develop entirely in house.

Whoever develops needs to understand how the kit works. You know better than anyone else!
