HSE enforcement notices on wood dust and welding fume ignored

They were told in February 2018 that there LEV was not upto scratch. In December the HSE come back and apparently nothing had been done so they are taken to court and fined £12,000.00 and ordered to pay costs of £1,740.40, which is small potatoes. I am assuming that they are a small company with no sort of H&S competent person.  No real surprises here.

Agreed - They got off very lightly for ignoring three improvement notices...
