Morning People, a youngster has passed his NEBOSH General 1 and is continuing with 2 if he joins IOSH (if he can) at present before 2 what affiliation would he join as?

Hi Gary

I assume you mean he has passed NGC1 and is progressing onto NGC2, so does not have the Certificate yet?

He will start as an Affiliate member and will be able to gain Associate membership, once he completes the General Certificate. Then with 2 years full time experience (I'm again assuming he doesnt have this) he will be able to achieve Technical membership

Someone else may correct me on this but this is my understanding.

Anybody can join IOSH, they don't need any 'qualifications' whatsoever
