I went through my peer interview on February 4th with the IOSH panel for CMIOSH, and it was a fantastic experience. Contrary to my expectations, it wasn't as challenging, and the panel was supportive throughout the interview. Confidence is key. I am now eagerly awaiting my results. They mentioned it would take 21 days. Fingers crossed for a positive outcome.

Hi Shahid

Fingers crossed for you!

There doesn't seem to be much on the IOSH website about what happens in what is now called a "Professional Discussion Interview" rather than "Peer Review Interview" so perhaps you could summarise what was involved.

So, as example, about how many questions did you have to answer and it what time period?

If as example, you face five questions, how to answer them SHOULD vary dramatically if you have two, five or 30 minutes for each, and more so if a question is of a very generic nature!!
