What is the minimum distance a fire muster point should be from the building it relates to?

That is down to the Fire Risk Assessment - you won't find a published number.
The muster point should be at sufficient distance that those assembling are not exposed to heat / flame or smoke nor in the way of attending emergency services. Most sites dump them somewhere on the perimeter generally on the opposite side of the car park to the building.
