just wondering if there is anybody here working in compliance in Social Housing who may have some ideas to share ? i am currently reveiwing the fire safety audit process for our sheltered schemes and would really like to firm it up by intorducing a RAG rating system and i wondered if anyobody else is doing this and could share their approach / any templates they may use ? The audit is to ensure that onsite checks and testing is being completed , PEEPs are up to date and also Fire Document box info . Also covered is compliance of assets such as the fire alarms system , EL , PAT testing etc which is arranged via the compliance team , this inforamtion is usually pre populated ahead of the audit as its a back office process. thanks
