Currently completing my route to chartered. I've covered all steps prior to compiling my portfolio of evidence.

The guidance states I am to submit competency area 10 - Personal performance first, assuming for the IOSH PR panel to check i'm uploading evidence and reflective statements correctly. It also states to submit my 3-5000 word professional discussion paper, which is supposed to be based on my completed portfolio of evidence - which i've not yet compiled as i'm following their guidance and only submitting Area 10.

Blueprint won't allow me to submit the evidence without uploading the PDP, which I wont do until I have all the evidence compiled. Am I missing a step here? Or do I send a partially completed paper based on the evidence compiled so far?

I've emailed IOSH, but the expected response time is 5 days and I don't really want to lose momentum!!
