Does anybody have any resources for Building Safety Act management documents/templates/policies/procedures for a construction project?

Hi date542

I am retired now but used to work for a very large construction Consultancy business.

The answer to your leading question is almost certainly YES.

Organisations whether they be Clients, Design teams and Contractors will have expended (and in many cases still be expending) a lot of resources on amending or adding to their existing document templates etc to react to new legislation and supporting guidance.

Are they likely to be then offering to give these away to anyone who asks on a Forum such as this, potentially putting their insurances at risk?

Probably not.

Some will be willing to take your commision to help you come up with what might be appropriate.
