Scottish Fire and Rescue Service is currently undertaking a review of our health and safety incident/event classification titles. As part of this exercise, we are keen to understand how other organisations approach this and would greatly appreciate your support.

Would you be willing to share your current incident/event classification lists with us? Any documentation or insights you can provide will be extremely helpful in informing our review and support consistency and clarity in how incidents/events are reported and recorded.
