Brief Outline Job Details
This is a role for an all round HSE expert, whose excellent communication skills will help to understand the needs of the business and who has personal impact to implement the processes and actions to move the UK Commercial HSE management forward.
The person will be - the Commercial specialist on HSE issues - providing advice on legislation and Corporate Policy concerning Health, Safety, Environment and security.
Competencies (Bullet Pointed) -Development and implementation of UK Commercial HSE strategy -Management of Commercial Incident Reporting and data analysis -Implementation of Commercial HSE training and competency development -Interpretation and application of HSE, Road Safety Legislation, and company policy. -Provision of HSE advice to customers -Provision of HSE cases and Operational HSE Audits. -Internal and External HSE Liaison
HSE Management and Policy implementation Working knowledge Experience with customers Risk Management Working Knowledge Apply innovative solutions to providing HSE advice Can do Presentation / Training Skills Strong Operational and Product knowledge
Experience Required Proven track record in HSE Management NEBOSCH Dipolma and National General Certificate Dangerous Goods Safety Advisor (DGSA) (All Classes) RoSPA Safety Inspector ADR Certificate (Class 3)
