Key responsibilities: 1. Working closely with the senior occupational health advisor in the development and achievement of department targets 2. Working closely with health and safety and human resources to ensure daily functions carried out 3. Maintenance and management of confidential records. 4. To conduct routine health assessments and health surveillance. 5. To give advice and health education information to clients during course of intervention as required. 6. Ensure effective communication with all departments. 7. Individual absence management for employees as per company sickness absence policy. 8. To maintain professional standards in accordance with current occupational health practice and legislation. 9. Advice and supervision of company’s first aiders 10.
