Posted By Lucy Worth Due to recent redundancy I am in the process of setting up my own business providing safety and environmental advice/consultancy to SMEs in my local area. I am having trouble finding information regarding what should be included in the terms and conditions under which I operate. I an trying to locate a 'generic' document, suitable for consultancy work, that I could adapt to reflect my own requirements, but at present am having no luck. Can anyone help me please?

Posted By Brian Houghton Lucy, I think that IOSH have a specimen contract for consultants - I seem to remember that I obtained a copy a couple of years ago via Norman Walton in the Membership Dept. I wish you every success with your venture! Regards, Brian

Posted By Ray Oakley Hi, I am now thinking along the same lines as yourself. Did you gain the information you required if so, where can I get a copy or could you fax me a copy? Many thanks, Ray Oakley
