Posted By Cheryl Lowe Seeking a Project Engineer/Manager.Must have PTS (Personal Track safety) and CDM principles.Background must be Rail/Telecommunications and signalling. Must be familiar with cost plans,procurement strategy, test,quality,safety plans. Able to produce finance reports to annual group for budget and staff costs and key project performance indicators. Control and manage budgets for projects. URGENT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
