Posted By Dave Wilson A, Really does depend on commitment by the company to get a 'professional' which part of the country you wish to work relevant experence responsibilities inc Budgets, staff You can get your job 'measured' by an HR person but will cost money, 'hay' Scale is one approach and this includes relevant factors for all positions and grades them. it then 'weights' the position for the part of the country. Think that we all have an expected salary level and so do employers!
