If there is such a a shortage of personnel why dont any of the companies give people the chance to train we have many skilled and enthusiastic people on this forum that need a chance many with transferable skills but with minimum Qualifications so come on people give us a chance to prove ourselves.

Just a thought - if there is a shortage of H&S people then surely market forces would come into play and it would be reflected in salaries?
