The candidate should have an NEBOSH diploma/NVQ Level 4 in Health and Safety. Plus, you should have significant experience in the construction industry Sound and demonstrable knowledge of CDM regulations Preferably an engineer of some description understands Health and Safety on sites skills: communicator team worker attention to detail years of experience: 5-10 years hands on experience on site and/or related work experience in, say, manufacturing, or the making of widgets is not of much use to us. JOB SPEC: to be advisor to the engineers and directors on safety on site, and design work to be part of the health and safety team working for the Management Systems Manager and take a leading role, to be able to write common sense procedures while ensuring the corporate goals are met to be able to present to company management when called upon to do so.
