I am returning to college in September to complete the academic stage of my legal training and I am looking for a part-time/consultancy role for two afternoons/evenings a week between September 2003 and August 2004. Because of college commitments it must be in North/West Yorkshire.

I have over 10 years health and safety experience (construction, engineering and telecomms), two years full-time teaching experience and two years in a law firm.

I also have planning supervisor experience and I am a member of the APS.

My qualifications are a BSc (Hons) in Occ. H&S (Leeds Met Uni), Postgraduate Diploma in Environmental Management Practice (Durham Uni) and Postgraduate Diploma in Law (College of Law).

I am also half-way through my training as a solicitor (specialising in health and safety)

For obvious reasons my recent experience has been around legal compliance issues.

If anybody knows of a position or a company who might want a part-time consultant, please e-mail me at: david.sinclair5@ntlworld.com

Thanks.

David

David,

I have tried to contact you directly however my emails seem to be encountering problems for some reason.

Although I cannot help you with the job situation, I was very interested in your career to date and your progression within the legal field.

I am considering moving in the same direction and would be grateful if you could give me any advice. I have 7 years H&S Construction experience and have just complete an MSc in H&S Law and Env Law.

I can be contacted via email on sbeaumont@stylesandwood.co.uk

Your assistance would be appreciated.

Regards,

Stuart
