Posted By Phillip Rudd Having completed my NEBOSH cert and carried on with the company for 2 years to gain experiance lack of commitment my company to invest in further trainning ie diploma has anybody got some advice of which way to turn now.

Posted By Mike Miller Keep the day job for the experience (invaluable)and sign on at a college part time-self funded no other way to go really! But shop around first and check out all your options. If you have to self fund a course you could try NVQ4. you need to be employed in safety to take this route. Who knows your company may even stump up half the fee as they too gain a lot from the experience. Half is better than nowt! Good luck & stick with it! Mike
