Rank: Guest		Posted By Kelvin George Phil To do the NVQ route, I think but not positive about, you have to be working and possibly get your company to sponsor you, but with NEBOSH you can definitely self fund and if you find a college close by then you should be able to do the course for about £900 - £1000. This would be day release once a week. Best of luck and if you do go to a college make sure that they get the RRC licence and give you the course notes because they are excellent. Cheers Kelvin

From my personal point of view, I have learn more about how to do the job doing my NVQ 4 as with the Diploma it was mainly reciting health and safety in the NEBOSH language. Wolverhampton College £380 or I believe Telford is about £300 for the NVQ 4. Good luck which ever one you choose. jim

Companies generally ask for NEBOSH or equivalent. I took the NTU route as it has an environmental module and it was a 3rd of the price of NEBOSH. Good luck in your choice Mike
