Posted By Alec Wood Hi All I am currently H&S officer for Samsung Electronics but I have only a general cert so I am looking for a junior position (i.e. I am cheap!) with someone as I am due to become redundant in May. I'll be self-funding my diploma this year too so I'd ideally like a kind and generous company prepared to give me a little time off if needed for exams and the like. If anyone has, or knows of, such an opening for an enthusiastic motivated chap such as myself then please email me. Alec Wood Samsung Electronics

Posted By David Jefferis Hi Alec We are a young, foward thinking business providing H&S consultancy and products across a wide range of industrial users. We are based in Thirsk, North Yorkshire. We are looking for a H&S consultant to join our team. We are currently a small company with big ambitions, as such everyone is expected to help develop sales and revenues. Study leave for your studies will not be a problem. If this appeals and you would like further details just give me a call. Regards David Jefferis Hygicare 01845 525 635 07950 233 016

Posted By Toby Clark Why don't you consider Morley College, 61 Westminster Bridge Road, London. They need a safety officer and would, I'm sure, look favourably on your qualifications. Say Toby Clark suggested you contacted them. Philip O'Halloran is the contact good luck Toby (Safety-solutions.co.uk)

Posted By Alec Wood Thanks Toby, but no-one "junior" can afford to come into London, not with a family anyway, so I'm afraid I'll have to stick to the North East until I'm MIOSH and on 250K a year like the rest of you! Alec Wood
