Review existing HSE Program, organisation, rules and procedures and introduce new procedures where necessary, including emergency preparedness procedures. Assist & Guide all levels of management & supervision on Site to implement accident prevention activities. To formulate, administer and make necessary changes to the accident prevention program. To report directly to the Project Manager on a regualr basis on all safety related issues. To carry out safety audits and investigate accidents and introduce and supervise corrective actions. To maintain Site HSE Records. To ensure that the highest possible HSE standards are maintained on Site in line with the contract documentation, requirements and international safety codes and standards. Overall responsibility for Process area, Offsites, Camps(food,water,etc.),Utilities, Transport, Fire, etc. Thorough understanding of Hygiene, Safety and Environmental standards and practices for all aspects of on Site construction The HSE Manager should: Degree or equivalent qualified with Professional HSE certification 10 Plus years experience as HSE Manager 5 years plus experience on Gas Plant construction of at least 300 mmscfd or equivalent Refinery, LNG, Petrochemical including full responsibility during the construction, pre-commissioning and commissioning until handover. Responsibility as HSE Manager on projects with at least 3,000 manpower at peak Overall responsibility for PTW Coordination + Safety Audits between Construction / Pre-Commissioning / Commissioning /Operation Ideally worked for EPC Contractor on new gas plant construction otherwise with Client or Engineer acceptable. Worked on remote location & Middle East Sites.
