Posted By Jason McQueen Is the diploma essential? It's just that I hold the Certificate (amongst other qualifications) and I'm due to start the diploma in January. Otherwise I would be seriosly interested as I've been trying to get back to Nottingham for sometime. I know that this kind of flies in the face of the advert, but you dont get anywhere if you dont ask.

Posted By David Mike/James,
Thank you for your comments regarding the qualifications/salary. I am in full agreement with you both but unfortunately have to work with the spec I am given. Believe it or not the grade etc for the Safety Advisors posts were arrived at following the 'Hay' job evaluation scheme. It is an ongoing bone of contention and one I am still nagging at.

Posted By Tom Clark I don't want the job - just to say all you LA guys never get paid enough. That probably explains what appears to be a high turnover of EHO's - just look at the mag ads.
