Diploma/NVQ4 with at least 2 years experience is essential. 37 hours full time, flexible working, £21867-£25407, LA pension. Otherwise I would be seriosly interested as I've been trying to get back to Nottingham for sometime. I know that this kind of flies in the face of the advert, but you dont get anywhere if you dont ask.

Believe it or not the grade etc for the Safety Advisors posts were arrived at following the 'Hay' job evaluation scheme. It is an ongoing bone of contention and one I am still nagging at.
