We help thousands of 14-30 year olds to improve their self-confidence, develop their skills and get their lives working. This is achieved through a network of personal development and enterprise programmes, and with the support of delivery partners and of volunteer mentors. We now need someone to provide first-rate management in the key areas of Health and Safety across The Prince’s Trust. This will include staff and volunteers, offices, programmes, partnership organisations, fundraising events and activity centres. You will be the focal point for all Health and Safety issues, giving guidance on national procedures and standards; providing training and support on key risk areas; and acting as the link point for all Health and Safety matters. You will report to the Director of Safety and Management Services, and work with a network of Health and Safety Representatives throughout The Trust. As an experienced Health and Safety professional with 3-5 years’ Health and Safety experience, plus a degree in Health and Safety or NEBOSH diploma, you must be able to plan, advise, communicate and influence effectively at all levels.
