Trainee Health and Safety Officer/Planning Supervisor required for an expanding company based in Ayr, South West Scotland.

Candidate:

The candidate should have a NEBOSH Certificate as minimum and be willing to undertake further training, relevant diploma/degree course (all company sponsored) etc. Eventually leading to full membership of IOSH and APS.

Full British driving license required.

Role:

Full time permanent

The role will involve assisting in site safety inspections, health and safety audits, hazard/risk identification, learning the full planning supervisor role and much more.

We operate throughout the UK from our base in Ayr and occasional overnight stays will be required.

I don't know if you have filled this position, but I would be very interested. I am currently working in the chemical industry in the Environmental Health and Safety dept. I am qualified in Health and Safety and also Enviromental Management. I like to be given a new challenge in the contruction Industry.
