I have worked as a health and safety consultant for a small company for seven months and in that time have passed my NEBOSH general certificate with credit. Prior to this I worked as a personal injury solicitor and so had some experience of health and safety regulations through employer liability, accident at work claims.
I have now unfortunatly been made redundant and am looking for a job in health and safety to continue gaining experience in my new career. I would also be interested in working and gaining experience in the environmental as well as occupational side. I also hope to be able to start studying for my NEBOSH diploma once I have found a suitable position.
I would be very grateful for any ideas or where to look for suitable positions.

Sorry to jump on the thread, but I am considering moving to the Essex area, possibly Basildon, I am Tech Sp grade, I am curerntly working in the Construction Industry in Northern Ireland
