Can you get an H&S position? Yes, but it is not easy, (see previous postings and threads on the difficulties of getting a job without experience and getting experience without a job). As a first step, Could you get more involved in H&S issues with your current employer? Should you do more training? Yes, but it is not cheap. Your current employer might be talked into contributing some or all of the funding. Roj
