Posted By David O'Brien I am currently studying the second year of a BSc (hons) Safety Health and Environmental Management sandwich degree at Nottingham Trent University, and I need to find a health, safety and environment work placement post for August/September 2005 - June 2006 (min 9 month duration). As most health and safety positions require previous work experience and qualifications I am struggling to find a suitable opportunity. I need a company/organisation which will be able to offer a paid work placement and help train and develop me in the practical skills and knowledge which the industry requires. I am a confident, motivited individual and will be intersted in any possibilities. Ideally, I would like the position to be located in the Midlands area, but I would relocate if the placement was suitable.
