Posted By Ken Taylor L114 'Safe Use of Woodworking Machinery' (HSC)contains the 1998 PUWER Regs, ACOP and Guidance. This gives three dates by which braking devices should be fitted to specific machines - although they should be fitted as soon as possible where identified as necessary (a list is included)! There is also a Woodworking Information Sheet on retrofitting of braking to woodworking machines. All from HSE Books on 01787 881165.
