Posted By Sheryl Navin Tabani you do not mention your company. Most places have a sign in book and some sort of identifying badge for a visitor so that they can be easily recognised. If you are office based that plus informaiton on emergencies either as a handout or written on the back of the badge might be sufficient. However if you are industry based you may need to look at PPE, restricted access; no visitors left to wander alone etc etc You also use the term visitors you need to define it? WHo is a visitor - does this cover contractors or just 'drop-ins' I've probably given you more to think about but your question although small has big implications
