Posted By Mark Preston I think you'll struggle to find UK case law on the web without subscriptions, passwords, etc. - to date I have had no luck. There are some academic resources out there (and good Commonwealth law sites) which will give you relevant summaries - try searching with Google Heres a few results... Rylands v Fletcher [1868] http://www.xrefer.com/entry/467220 - xrefer is a site worth bookmarking - it has eg the OUP dictionary of law http://www.aie.org.uk/re...ase_law/aie_case_rf.html Cambridge Water Co v Eastern Counties Leather plc http://www.stbrn.ac.uk/o...law/teaching/notes16.htm (scroll down or Find Cambridge)- great site - also deals with the above case http://www.chapmantripp.co.nz/publish/toxict.htm Armour v Skeen http://www.dcu.ie/busine...esearch_papers/no25.html (scroll down or Find Skeen) Tesco Supermarkets Ltd v Nattrass http://www.warwickshire....uk/business/appendix.htm http://www.yorkshire-iosh.co.uk/notes_march2.htm Mersey Docks & Harbour Board (and little lambs eat ivy?) v Coggins http://www.stbrn.ac.uk/o...law/teaching/notes54.htm - good old St Brendan's VIth form college again If I was preparing for part II I think I'd rather look at the full case reports - and it's not too difficult - if your local library hasn't got them then your local university certainly will - I've never had problems slipping into Oxford Brookes University's library to browse (The Bodleian's another matter altogether!) Indeed its worth investigating whether you can join your local university library - either corporately or individually
