Posted By Denis Hands Does anyone know if there exists an agency or organisation who specialise in assessing the physical fitness and suitability of accident victims to return to work? (In the particular case in question, return to driving a fork lift truck). The accident was not work-related and so competency is not in question.

Posted By Bob Matthews We have an occupational health nurse who comes in 3 times every week and we use her to assess anyone who has been off sick for more than a month or after an accident regardless of the job they do to ensure they are fit and healthy to work safely. She also carries out medicals for forklift truck operators who are over 40 years of age. Bob
